Astronomical Service Agreement

Before using the "Astronomical" service platform provided by Fuzhou knock Dream Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "knock Dream Technology"), please read this "Astronomical Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. If you have any questions about the content of this Agreement, please consult the Astronomical customer service in a timely manner. When you check "I have read and agree to" the "Astronomical Service Agreement" during registration, you agree to this Agreement, or after we update this Agreement (we will promptly notify you of the updates), check "I have read and agree to" the "Astronomical Service Agreement" and continue to use the "Astronomical" service platform, it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, and you accept and will comply with the provisions of this Agreement.

We may update the content of this Agreement from time to time as needed, but we will inform you through announcements on the service platform or private messages or pop-up notifications; once this Agreement is modified, it will replace the previous version of the service agreement. If you have any questions about the modified service agreement, please contact the Astronomical customer service in a timely manner. If you do not agree with this Agreement and/or our amendments or changes to it, please immediately stop using the "Astronomical" service platform provided by us. This Agreement is the agreement between you and knock Dream Technology regarding your registration, login, and use of the "Astronomical" service platform.

This Agreement describes the rights and obligations between knock Dream Technology and you regarding the use of the "Astronomical" service platform. "User" refers to individuals or organizations that register, log in, use, or browse the "Astronomical" service platform. The "Astronomical" service platform is a service platform that provides you with weather information inquiries and other related meteorological services. While providing meteorological information services, it also offers meteorological information sharing functions. knock Dream Technology also collaborates with third parties to provide you with richer information services. knock Dream Technology will adjust the content or product structure of the "Astronomical" service platform from time to time based on its business development to provide you with a better experience.

I. Usage Rules

  1. You can use the "Astronomical" service platform without registering an account. However, certain functions of the "Astronomical" service platform and some products and services of knock Dream Technology require you to register an Astronomical account. If you want to use more features of the "Astronomical" service platform and some products and services of knock Dream Technology, you must register the corresponding account and provide relevant personal information on the registration page. You can terminate the use of your account at any time according to the relevant rules published by knock Dream Technology. We will retain or terminate your account in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  2. You fully understand and agree that the "Astronomical" service platform only provides you with a service platform for information sharing, transmission, and acquisition. You must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you transmit and any results arising therefrom. You should independently judge the content in the "Astronomical" service platform and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of the content. knock Dream Technology cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by user actions.

  3. Any content you transmit in the "Astronomical" service platform or through the "Astronomical" service platform does not reflect the views or policies of knock Dream Technology, and knock Dream Technology assumes no responsibility for this.

  4. You fully understand and agree that the "Astronomical" service platform provides point-to-point instant sharing services based on user social networks. You are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information on the "Astronomical" service platform. You must not impersonate others; you must not use someone else's name to disseminate any information; you must not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise, knock Dream Technology has the right to immediately stop providing related services, revoke your account, and you will bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

  5. You fully understand and agree that in order to better promote information sharing and publicity, you authorize knock Dream Technology to use any public information you publish on the "Astronomical" service platform on the "Astronomical" service platform and its associated products and services, and to license the above content to third parties for promotional purposes, including but not limited to weather images. Your authorization to knock Dream Technology and its affiliates does not change the ownership and intellectual property rights of the content you publish, nor does it affect your exercise of legal rights over the published content.

  6. You must be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, and validity of the information transmitted on the "Astronomical" service platform. Any legal responsibility related to the information you disseminate shall be borne by you, and shall have nothing to do with knock Dream Technology.

  7. knock Dream Technology reserves the right to change, suspend, limit, terminate, or revoke all or part of the service content of the "Astronomical" service platform at any time without any notice due to business development needs, and you must bear this risk. After knock Dream Technology updates the relevant terms, users can re-download and install the "Astronomical" service platform or check the latest agreement terms on the official website of the "Astronomical" service platform. After knock Dream Technology updates this Agreement, if users do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the "Astronomical" service platform provided by knock Dream Technology.

  8. The "Astronomical" service platform provided by knock Dream Technology may include advertisements. You agree to display advertisements provided by knock Dream Technology and third-party suppliers and partners during use.

  9. Users must not use the "Astronomical" service platform to create, upload, copy, send the following content:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and destroying national unity;

(3) Damaging national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and destroying national unity;

(5) Destroying national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting crime;

(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws, regulations, rules, and normative documents.

  1. knock Dream Technology may, at its reasonable discretion, stop transmitting any content that violates relevant laws, regulations, rules, and normative documents or the provisions of this Agreement, or that infringes, obstructs, or threatens the rights or safety of any person, or impersonates others. knock Dream Technology has the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who violates these terms, including but not limited to deleting illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content from the "Astronomical" service platform, terminating the violator's membership, blocking their use of all or part of the "Astronomical" service platform, and legally retaining relevant information and reporting to relevant departments. If the judicial department confirms that knock Dream Technology's judgment is incorrect, knock Dream Technology will bear the responsibility caused by this according to relevant laws in China.

  2. knock Dream Technology reserves the right to replace, modify, or upgrade the "Astronomical" service platform at any time and to charge fees for replacements, modifications, or upgrades. knock Dream Technology provides users with the default "upgrade prompt" function. Depending on the version differences of the "Astronomical" service platform used by users, knock Dream Technology provides users with the option to choose whether to enable this function. After the new version of the "Astronomical" service platform is released, knock Dream Technology does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of the "Astronomical" service platform. knock Dream Technology reserves the right to unilaterally change or limit the effects of certain functions of the "Astronomical" service platform as needed for business development, and users must bear this risk.

  3. knock Dream Technology and/or cooperating units will provide users with various internet and mobile communication value-added services related to the "Astronomical" service platform based on market and technological developments, including free and paid value-added services. knock Dream Technology and/or cooperating units reserve the right to charge fees for related value-added services and change the charging standards and methods. If related services change from free to paid, knock Dream Technology and/or cooperating units will notify users in an appropriate manner, and users can choose to accept or refuse paid services. Users must ensure that they will pay fees according to the relevant charging regulations of knock Dream Technology and/or cooperating units when using paid services. If they refuse to pay or owe fees, knock Dream Technology and/or cooperating units have the right to stop services and legally recover losses and compensation.

  4. User Rights and Obligations:

(1) The ownership of the user account belongs to knock Dream Technology. After the user completes the registration procedures, they obtain the right to use the Astronomical account, which only belongs to the initial applicant and is prohibited from being gifted, borrowed, rented, transferred, or sold. knock Dream Technology has the right to recover the user's Astronomical account in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Agreement.

(2) Users have the right to change or delete their personal data, registration information, and transmitted content on the "Astronomical" service platform, but please note that deleting relevant information will also delete any text and images you have stored in the system, and users must bear this risk.

(3) Users are responsible for properly safeguarding their registered account information and account password security. Users need to bear legal responsibility for actions under their registered account and password. Users agree not to use other users' accounts or passwords under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify knock Dream Technology immediately.

(4) Users should comply with all provisions of this Agreement and use the "Astronomical" service platform correctly and appropriately. If the user violates any provisions of this Agreement, knock Dream Technology has the right to terminate the defaulting user's use of the "Astronomical" service platform according to the Agreement. At the same time, knock Dream Technology reserves the right to recover the Astronomical account and username at any time.

(5) If the user has their commonly used English account, the user has the priority to register that English account as the Astronomical account. However, if the user does not register the Astronomical account with that English account within a certain period after the "Astronomical" service platform goes online (more than 3 calendar years from the date of registration), or if the user registers the Astronomical account but does not use that English account as the Astronomical account, it is deemed that the user has waived the right to register that English account as the Astronomical account. knock Dream Technology has the right to recover that English account and allocate it to other users to avoid resource waste, and any problems arising from this shall be borne by the user.

(6) If the user does not log in to the Astronomical account for a long time (more than 3 calendar years from the date of registration), knock Dream Technology has the right to notify you to recover that account and clear your relevant registration information to avoid resource waste, and any problems arising from this shall be borne by the user.

II. Disclaimer

  1. If the user violates this Agreement or the relevant service terms, leading to any claims, demands, or losses from any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, the user agrees to indemnify knock Dream Technology and its cooperating companies and affiliates, and hold them harmless.

  2. knock Dream Technology and its cooperating units are not responsible for any losses suffered by the user due to communication line failures, technical issues, network or computer failures, system instability, and other various force majeure reasons caused by third parties such as telecommunications departments.

  3. If technical failures or other uncontrollable events affect the normal use of the "Astronomical" service platform, knock Dream Technology and its cooperating units promise to cooperate with relevant units to handle and repair in a timely manner, but they are not responsible for any losses suffered by the user as a result.

  4. The services provided by knock Dream Technology through the "Astronomical" service platform, like most internet services, are subject to various security issues, such as others using the user's information to cause harassment in real life; the software or websites downloaded and installed by the user may contain viruses like "Trojan horses," threatening the security of the user's computer information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of the "Astronomical" service platform. Users should enhance their awareness of information security and the protection of user data, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.

  5. Users must understand that the use of the "Astronomical" service platform may be affected by unstable factors at various stages due to the nature of Internet services. Therefore, the "Astronomical" service platform carries the risk of service interruption or inability to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and other technical, internet, or communication line reasons. Users must bear the above risks, and knock Dream Technology does not guarantee this. knock Dream Technology is not responsible for any inability of users to send and receive reading information or for sending or receiving incorrect information.

  6. Users must understand that there is a risk of encountering threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or behavior, or anonymous or impersonated information that infringes on the rights of others (including intellectual property rights) during the use of the "Astronomical" service platform. Users must bear the above risks, and knock Dream Technology and its cooperating companies do not make any type of guarantee regarding the services provided through the "Astronomical" service platform, whether explicit or implied, including all implied warranties and conditions regarding the authenticity, appropriateness, suitability for a particular purpose, ownership, and non-infringement of the information. knock Dream Technology is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the improper or illegal use of the "Astronomical" service platform by users.

  7. The information content defined by knock Dream Technology includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, charts; all content in advertisements; and commercial information provided to users by knock Dream Technology. All of this content is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use this content with the authorization of knock Dream Technology and advertisers, and cannot copy, modify, compile, or create derivative works for any commercial purpose without authorization.

  8. Under no circumstances shall knock Dream Technology be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or criminal damages, including loss of profits suffered by users due to the use of the "Astronomical" service platform (even if knock Dream Technology has been advised of the possibility of such losses). knock Dream Technology's total liability to you, regardless of the cause or form of action, shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

  9. knock Dream Technology shall not bear any legal responsibility for the occurrence of the following related matters:

(1) knock Dream Technology provides your personal information in accordance with legal provisions or relevant government requirements;

(2) Any leakage of personal information caused by you disclosing your account password to others or sharing your registered account with others, or any leakage of personal information caused by reasons not attributable to knock Dream Technology;

(3) Any disputes arising from any third party's use of your personal information in accordance with the relevant terms of this Agreement and the statements made by knock Dream Technology;

(4) Any temporary website closure caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions, or government regulations;

(5) Any consequences caused by force majeure;

(6) Any circumstances of use or exemption from liability specified in the relevant terms of this Agreement and the statements made by knock Dream Technology.

  1. Users must understand that the services provided by knock Dream Technology through the "Astronomical" service platform may contain advertisements from third-party suppliers and partners. knock Dream Technology will make reasonable efforts to review the advertisers and advertising content, but cannot guarantee the authenticity, legality, and complete compliance with your expectations of the final services or products you obtain or experience through such advertisements.

  2. Due to adjustments in the company's development strategy, knock Dream Technology may need to adjust the products or services you have already used (including but not limited to changing, suspending, limiting, terminating, or revoking your rights on the "Astronomical" service platform). If the relevant adjustments may affect your rights, we will notify you in advance, but we cannot guarantee that the adjustments will ultimately have no impact on your rights.

  3. The products and/or services provided by knock Dream Technology through the "Astronomical" service platform may be provided by third parties or in cooperation with third parties. knock Dream Technology cannot guarantee the integrity, authenticity, and complete compliance with your expectations of such products and/or services (especially the parts independently provided by third parties). If you use third-party products or services through the "Astronomical" service platform provided by knock Dream Technology (especially purchasing third-party products and/or services), please carefully read the product and service specifications and policies of the third-party service provider and make reasonable judgments on your own.

III. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our "Astronomical Privacy Policy." The "Astronomical Privacy Policy" is an integral part of this Agreement and has the same effect.

IV. Intellectual Property Protection

  1. Intellectual Property Statement

(1) The "Astronomical" service platform is developed by knock Dream Technology. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of the "Astronomical" service platform, as well as all information content related to the "Astronomical" service platform, including but not limited to: text expressions and their combinations, icons, decorations, charts, colors, interface designs, layout frameworks, relevant data, printed materials, or electronic documents, are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law, and corresponding international treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and regulations. Except for software or technology involving third-party authorization, knock Dream Technology enjoys the above intellectual property rights.

(2) Without the written permission of knock Dream Technology, you may not copy, change, modify, or create derivative works for any commercial purpose using the relevant intellectual property rights owned by the "Astronomical" service platform (including but not limited to trademarks, software copyrights, patents); you may use knock Dream Technology's trademarks for non-commercial purposes reasonably without harming knock Dream Technology's reputation; any products and/or services provided to you by knock Dream Technology for free or for a fee do not represent that knock Dream Technology grants or transfers the relevant intellectual property rights of that product and/or service to you, except for any explicit written agreement between Astronomical and you.

  1. Authorization Scope of the "Astronomical" Service Platform

(1) Users can install, use, display, and run the "Astronomical" service platform on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes. Users may not install, use, or run the "Astronomical" service platform for commercial operation purposes, nor may they copy, change, modify, or create any derivative works from the data released into any computer terminal memory during the operation of the "Astronomical" service platform or the interaction data between the client and server during the operation of the "Astronomical" service platform, including but not limited to using plugins, external tools, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the "Astronomical" service platform and related systems.

(2) Users may not install the "Astronomical" service platform on other terminal devices without the explicit permission of knock Dream Technology, including but not limited to set-top boxes, handheld devices, telephones, wireless internet devices, game consoles, televisions, DVD players, etc.

(3) Reserved Rights: All other rights not explicitly authorized remain with knock Dream Technology, and users must obtain written consent from knock Dream Technology when exercising other rights.

V. Astronomical iOS Subscription Ad-Free Membership

1. Service Content

1.1 This application provides the following membership services:

  • Remove all ad displays within the application
  • Support the continuous development and maintenance of the application
  • Obtain a better user experience

1.2 Free User Instructions:

  • Free users can continue to use all functions of the application
  • Membership services do not affect the use of core functions of the application
  • Advertising revenue is used to maintain basic operations

2. Subscription Instructions

2.1 Subscription Plans and Prices:

  • Monthly Membership: ¥6/month
  • Quarterly Membership: ¥14.8/quarter (approximately ¥4.93/month)
  • Annual Membership: ¥38/year (approximately ¥3.17/month, saving 47%)

2.2 Payment and Renewal Rules:

  • Subscription fees will be charged through your App Store account
  • The system will automatically renew 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
  • The renewal amount will be the same as the current subscription plan
  • To change the subscription plan, please cancel before the current subscription expires and then choose a new plan

3. Canceling Subscription

3.1 How to Cancel Subscription:

  1. Open the "Settings" app
  2. Click on your Apple ID
  3. Click on "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Astronomical"
  5. Click "Cancel Subscription"

3.2 Notes on Canceling Subscription:

  • After canceling the subscription, the membership service will continue until the end of the current subscription period
  • No refund will be given for unused fees within the current subscription period after cancellation
  • After canceling the subscription, you can continue to use all basic functions, but ads will be displayed again

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Instructions:

  • For refunds, please contact App Store customer service directly
  • Refund reviews are handled by the App Store
  • This application cannot directly handle refund matters

4.2 No Refunds in the Following Situations:

  • Subscription periods that have already been used
  • Refund requests made for personal reasons by the user
  • Membership services purchased through non-standard channels

5. Service Changes

5.1 We reserve the right to adjust services when necessary:

  • Adjust membership rights
  • Update functional content
  • Change charging standards

5.2 Important Change Notifications:

  • In case of significant changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app notifications or other reasonable means
  • Price adjustments will be notified at least 30 days in advance

6.1 Disclaimer for Service Interruptions:

  • Temporary interruptions due to system maintenance or upgrades
  • Service interruptions caused by force majeure factors
  • Access barriers caused by user device or network issues

VI. Integrity of the Agreement

When you use knock Dream Technology's "Astronomical" service platform, knock Dream Technology may formulate corresponding rules, notifications, or guidelines based on the characteristics of the "Astronomical" service platform. You should comply with the relevant rules, notifications, or guidelines when using the "Astronomical" service platform. These rules, notifications, or guidelines constitute a part of this Agreement; knock Dream Technology attaches great importance to your personal privacy protection and has formulated a dedicated "Astronomical Privacy Policy," which is also an inseparable part of this Agreement.

VII. Dispute Resolution

  1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

  2. You agree that if any disputes arise from this Agreement, you will promptly contact knock Dream Technology customer service to negotiate with knock Dream Technology. If both parties cannot reach an agreement within thirty days, you agree to file a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of knock Dream Technology.
